We maintain a fair, equitable, safe, and sustainable supply chain by continually conforming to regulatory, government, customer, and Amazon supply chain requirements, including those for diversity, labor, human rights, worker health and safety, and environmental issues.

Will H.Principal Technical Infrastructure Program ManagerMy role involves driving end-to-end supply chain performance and innovation. I lead complex projects that directly impact how AWS deploys servers globally, including forecasting demand, optimizing infrastructure, and streamlining logistics to ensure our customers always have the computing power they need. By taking ownership of the entire life cycle, I’m able to identify and implement creative solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the customer experience.
Elly F.Senior Research ScientistAs a supply chain scientist, I work on a variety of projects within the AWS infrastructure space. We use large data collections from our data centers across the world to understand and forecast power and cooling resource usage. This is rewarding work because it involves partnerships across internal teams, and our solutions have an immediate positive impact on data center design and efficiency. It’s been a pleasure to learn new skills and collaborate with scientists on other teams to bring a different perspective to the space.
Ivan Y.Principal Technical Program ManagerAs a technical program manager, I plan and enable final assembly and testing of the server and networking hardware for global data center operations. I’ve been in the same team for seven years, yet no day is the same. There are always challenges to tackle, from choosing a new site location and selecting a new contract manufacturing partner, to introducing new products and scaling production. Now I’m involved in enabling and scaling new manufacturing capacity for our AI/ML services.
